How do I lock or replace my Tiger BOSS Debit card?
Lock card
If you lose your card, or suspect a fraudulent transaction or simply don’t want to use it for a while — lock your card, to keep your money safe.
While your card is locked, you won’t be able to use it to make any transactions. Once you’re ready to use your card again, you can simply unlock it by following the same steps.
Login to your Tiger Trade APP, visit「Debit Card」page, tap「Manage Card」,turn off the switch, and lock it until you want to reactivate it. Locking and unlocking the card are free of charge.
When you lock the card, don't worry about your balance, we will auto-transfer them to your Tiger Trade Trading account.
Unlock card
When your card is locked, you can tap the「Unlock Card」button on the 「Debit Card」page. Your card will be activated immediately
Block card
We’re sorry to hear that you no longer want to use our debit card, and we need to inform you that by permanently deleting the card, this action cannot be reversed.
Login to your TigerTrade APP, visit「Debit Card」page, tap「Manage Card」, at the bottom of this page, you can see the button「Block Card.
Card replacement
If your card is active now, you need to block it first, and then you will see the entrance to the application card.
If your card is expired now, once you visit「Debit Card」page, you will see the 「Reorder Card」button, tap it, you can apply for a new one.
